Apple iPhone rocks!

According to reports, ATT Mobility has fulfilled over 1 million (!) iPhone activations since the device was launched in the US on June 29th. Truly impressive. Innovation pays back.

sure, I phone rulzz!

i am impressed how well apple managed to creat exhitement around it to be able to sell so many phones in a week.

my first doubts came when mccann talked about "casual" use of it. now, i read lost of reviews and hear some dissapointment. e.g. it takes 6!! clicks to dial a number.. sounds aweful for a phone!
i am sure it will be a success in US, as americans did not really fancy sophisticated and expensive phones before, so it will be a step-change for them. it already is a success. look at how many people have signed 2-year contracts with at&t to buy it (BZW a great marketing co-op for them!

but europe is more spoiled. let's see how it goes!

i just love this video on what is microsoft was to make an ipod package, check it out!

You're right: wait and see. That said, The buzz generated by the iPhone is simply awesome (today, when you "google" it, you get 188,000,000 results!! Impressive for a product that was launched a week ago...).
The video? Really, really good!

for me, a great example of a product and consumer driven success is a story of nintendo wii

while microsoft xbox and sony ps3 did "the right things" - nintendo went and won the market. nintendo's sales just top both of two giants :)
